The Strategy and Plans Program supports the formation of national security, defense and homeland defense policy, science and technology investment analysis, and the integration of DoD and DHS policy and plans to achieve national security objectives. Our analytic services provide recommendations on strategic, politico-military, and federal-local matters, and support the development of strategic documents. SA assesses issues concerning current and future military strategy, joint policy and doctrine, and homeland security strategy and science and technology strategy.
