3. Emerging Threat Study, May 2005 - November 2005 DHS-Science and Technology Directorate
For DHS-Science and Technology Directorate, Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA), SA conducted an emerging threat study and provided technology assessment and investment analysis. SA assessed how current and emerging technologies might be used by terrorist groups to attack specific targets. The SA team consisted of a technology team and an operations team.
